VERUM is built on three operational principles that separate it from scheduling tools and reporting dashboards.
The platform runs the operational day: from morning briefing through live monitoring to post-flight audit. Aircraft cannot be in two places at once. Impossible timelines are blocked. Invalid sequence continuity is blocked. The system enforces operational rules before it informs.
Every recovery option moves through a three-gate filter before it can be ranked. Unsafe and illegal options are excluded, not ranked. Every change is staged through PROPOSED → UNDER_REVIEW → APPROVED → EXECUTED with a named Approval Class authority and a named human sign-off.
DEC-NNN decision log entries, APR-NNN approval records, and an append-only operational event log. The system answers "who decided what, when, on what evidence, and what alternatives were rejected and why", before the question is asked.
Verum is our comprehensive aviation operations platform. It is designed around real company workflows, needs and environments. Verum has not been designed via the traditional method of designing an aviation product based upon a set of perceived industry requirements, but by dedicated, experienced specialists who know exactly what is needed and who then create a product that harnesses the new power of AI as an integral core element, rather than as an add-on or enhancement to an existing ageing construct and product identity architecture.
It connects flights, aircraft, crew, compliance, alerts, approvals, disruption management, cargo, documents and operational traceability in one controlled environment. System operation is via fail-safe aviation logic at its core: safety, regulatory compliance and operational feasibility are supervised and finally approved by a human control layer. AI is not treated as an add-on, but as an integrated advisory layer supporting faster, safer and better-informed operational decisions, all in a fully live, real-time and participant-based structure. Verum's AI centre is embedded in the Compliance department for optimum cross-departmental inclusion and participation.
Development status: Verum is currently in beta and is being developed toward production-ready deployment through secure cloud/server infrastructure, controlled data management and role-based operational access. AI outputs are advisory only. Critical operational actions require human review, approval and traceability.

Three-, six- and twelve-hour forward operational risk. Anticipates disruptions before they cascade. Prevention actions surfaced ahead of impact.
Prioritised operational alert ladder: NO-GO, CRITICAL, WARNING and INFO. Each alert linked to its source engine and resolution workflow.
Continuous readiness monitor against ISM Edition 17. Evidence mapping, CAR workflow and compliance health dashboard. Not an IOSA certification.
Safety Management System with investigation engine and SRB workflows built to Annex 19 framework. Hazard register and SPI/SPT workflows on roadmap.
