GBC AIR TECHNICAL SERVICES
Engagements are scoped per operator and led by the team that authored the underlying operational procedures. The first conversation is an operational assessment, not a sales pitch.
Engagement models: fixed-scope advisory · retained operational partnership · embedded implementation support · platform deployment

info@gbc-air.comEvery engagement is scoped individually. The operator's regulatory environment, fleet type, route network, operational structure and immediate priority determine the engagement model, not a menu of off-the-shelf packages.
A defined-scope engagement with clear deliverables: operational review, compliance gap analysis, OCC design specification, procedure documentation or regulatory submission support. Deliverables agreed before engagement starts.
A long-term retained advisory relationship providing ongoing operational expertise, covering document maintenance, regulatory change management, disruption support and OCC oversight across the full operational year.
An embedded expert joining the operator's team for the duration of a specific programme: AOC application, platform implementation, compliance programme or airline launch. Full integration into the operator's structure.
VERUM deployment for the operator's OCC: configuration to the operator's AOC, fleet, route network and procedures, initial training, and operational handover. Ongoing support contract available.

About the company →A platform demo shows VERUM running live: Flight Watch, Dispatch Center, Crew Control, Weight & Balance and the AI Decision Queue, in a real operational context. There are no slide decks and no mock data. You see the actual platform, with real operational data, running as it would in an OCC. Demos run approximately 60–90 minutes and are structured around the operator's specific operational context. Contact info@gbc-air.com to arrange.
Pricing is per-AOC, per operational controller seat, annual. There is no free tier. VERUM is not a self-serve SaaS product, it is a mission-critical operational platform and pricing reflects that. Pricing is quoted after an initial operational assessment conversation and is structured to the operator's actual usage. Contact info@gbc-air.com to begin the conversation.
Verum includes implemented multi-AOC architecture, including aircraft-to-AOC mapping, AOC status checks, crew approvals per AOC and FTL framework resolution. This allows the platform to support operators across multiple AOCs, regulatory frameworks and jurisdictions. Specific regulatory framework coverage and jurisdiction configuration should be confirmed in the initial assessment conversation.
Every consulting engagement starts with an operational assessment conversation (typically 60–90 minutes) to understand the operator's specific context, immediate priorities and regulatory environment. Scope and deliverables are agreed before any engagement starts. Engagements are not sold from a fixed menu, they are designed for the operator. Typical engagement duration ranges from four weeks (fixed-scope advisory) to twelve to twenty-four months (retained operational partnership or embedded implementation).
No. VERUM is not an IOSA-certified product. The platform includes an IOSA Readiness Layer (a continuous readiness monitor designed against ISM Edition 17), but this is a readiness tool, not a certification. The company does not claim IOSA certification and will not do so until the formal certification process has been completed. Readiness support and preparation is available as a consulting service; certification itself is a future roadmap item.
Enquiries sent to info@gbc-air.com are typically acknowledged within one working day. The aviation operations environment operates around the clock — if the matter is time-sensitive, state the urgency in the subject line and a response will be prioritised accordingly.
